Today I begin to blog. More perhaps a diary of what is on my mind than to relate good information to anyone. But, to satisfy those who want useful information, I give you this little bite:
Chili Talcum PowderBoth chili powder and mustard powder can be used to make a warming “talc” that invigorates circulation. Mix together 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp mustard powder, and 1 tbsp cornstarch, and use this to dust cold feet before putting socks on.
(I get cold feet alot)
I havent figure out yet if I will let you comment on this blog, as it is a work in progress so to speak I will make that decision as I become comfortable.

If this were a book, perhaps it would start this way:

At the rim of a volcano, roaring dark and wild, an ancient soul teeters, screaming for redemption, and release. No one hears the pain, or notices this face carved into a visage of despair, the ancient one only wants to understand, WHY.

No one cares. They rip the ancient’s heart out, eat it whole and move on. The blood of the ancient courses in their veins, they are now arrogant prideful and dangerous, unstoppable thieves who deceive, lie and commit acts of carnage to lives that are not of their own.
We, you and I, now peer into the volcano, which is the troubled mind.
